INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Globalization, growing presence of multinationals with expatriate managers, and increasing diversity of workforce demand HR to be more sensitive to cross-cultural issues and understanding of international approaches to dealing with people in organisations.This module seeks to enable students to identify and tackle key HR issues facing multinational corporations and to develop the skills and competences required for managing an increasingly complex and dispersed workforce in an international environment. Therefore, it covers both the management of human talent to achieve organizations' objective (recruitment, selection of international workforce, compensation, benefits), and its development.
