Cooperation Agreement of Vidzeme University College and North Vidzeme Biosphere Reserve
On Thursday, 13 November, at the opening ceremony of the conference on "Territorial Planning and Biological Diversity" an agreement was signed on cooperation between ViA and North Vidzeme Biosphere Reserve (NVBR) administration.

ViA Students Will Create a Wave of Joy on Latvia’s Birthday
On Wednesday, 12 November, ViA students will organise a one hour long campaign in Valmiera "Create a Wave of Joy". To help people to cross the street, to carry a heavy bag of purchase to the bus stop, or just to shake hands - any good deed for fellow people will do for this campaign.

ViA Student Sandris Krūmiņš – AHRL Scholarship Winner
The Association of Hotels and Restaurants of Latvia (AHRL) held its gala ceremony of scholarship awards on 31 October, in the Conference Hall of the Reval Hotel Rīdzene. The scholarships were awarded to students and teachers of tourism and hospitality sector.
